Hello Dear Ones:
Yesterday, my dear sweet husband said something or other and my brain was off and running. I was like a teakettle that was boiling over with my ideas about how wrong he was and how right I was!
But after a while, I grew tired of this inner chatter, and knew — in spite of my self-righteous anger — that it wasn’t his fault (entirely). I had to stop that inner chatter.
