Healing Movement For Body and Soul

These days, during the COVID 19 pandemic, we are overwhelmed with absolutely everything in our lives. 

At times like these, it is very helpful to move, and breathe, and renew our energy.  This course is under 35 minutes and it will leave you feeling like you’ve meditated for an hour! Healing Movement for Body and Soul invites you to repair your body/soul connection and get you ready re-join your world with renewed energy.

Special Note: This practice can be done individually, or, with a group of women in a healing circle. Invite some friends on zoom to experience this practice with you!


What you Need for This Course:

All you need is a yoga mat or a non-slip surface. At the end of the practice for Shavasana, a resting pose, I lie down and use the large, partially inflated purple Yoga Tune Up® Coregeous ball under my neck. If you like something under your neck, you can also use a folded up towel.
