Support Your Feet and Ankles
Your feet are necessary to ground you in these turbulent times!
Are you just beginning to realize that your feet need more attention than you’ve been giving them? Perhaps you’ve stopped wearing high heels most of the time and you’re gravitating toward flip flops, Birkenstocks, and wide toe-box sneakers. But your feet still hurt and you don’t know why. Or, maybe your knees and low back are talking to you. Our feet send messages all the way up to our brain and we ignore them at our peril. For women 50 and wiser, knowing how to take care of your feet is crucial and this nearly hour-long course, workshop really, offers you easy, fun, and feel-good strategies for bringing your feet back to life!
What you Need for This Course:
Props: You will need a chair, a yoga mat, and a yoga block. You will also need a sliding surface for a few foot movements. For carpeted floors, you can use a plastic garbage bag and for wooden floors you can use a towel.
And, for this workshop/course, you will use 2 of the self-massage balls that come in the Yoga Tune Up® Roll Model Starter set – the Plus balls and the original balls. I use all of these balls in most of my courses, so it’s a good idea to order them and have them on hand.

If you don’t have YogaTuneUp balls, you can use 2 tennis balls in a sock. Please don’t use anything hard on your body!
